The High Council of the United Nations Commission for Information held an international meeting chaired by<\/p>\n\n

First<\/strong><\/p>\n

Approval of His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Shaibi as Secretary-General of the Commission\u2019s Office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, granting him full authority to form the office\u2019s executive body and to appoint his advisors and deputies to activate and strengthen the role of the Commission within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

All relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be notified of this decision, and it shall be forwarded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the date of its international accreditation<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To communicate with all officials at our international offices in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Kingdom of Morocco, the State of Algeria, and the State of Libya, and to call for the restructuring of our international offices in line with the requirements of the current phase and the significant international developments taking place<\/p>\n

Third:<\/strong>
To set a date for an annual conference to announce all leadership positions and key officials of the Commission<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To commence the activation of\u00a0United Nations News Magazine<\/em>\u00a0as an official monthly publication issued by the Commission, dedicated to publishing all updates and developments related to the Commission\u2019s work.<\/p>\n

These decisions were adopted unanimously by the attendees after consultation with members of the Commission\u2019s Regional Office who were unable to attend the meeting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
